The HR Systems Administrator will be responsible for the configuration, optimization and day-to-day oversight of the iBASIS Human Resources Information System (HRIS). This role ensures that our HR systems support key and and critical business needs, that our data is accurate across all HR systems and that our HR transactions comply with ISO 27001 and GDPR requirements. The successful candidate will be a subject matter expert who will partner closely with the global HR Business Partner team, Payroll team and other key stakeholders in the business. RESPONSIBILITIES : As an HR Systems Administrator, your key responsibilities will include: HRIS Management: Configure, administer, and maintain our company HRIS platform. Maintain system security, permissions and user access comply with ISO 27001 and GDPR requirements and other data privacy and security standards. Manage regular system upgrades and testing. Ensure data accuracy by conducting regular system audits, identifying discrepancies, performing data updates, clean-ups, and imports. Support M&A activities by integrating people information into the system. Reporting: Handle recurring reporting, ad-hoc requests, audits, and data analysis, while providing support and training to system users. Prepare and maintain dashboards to automate general HR reporting metrics and analytics for HR Business Partners and Chief HR Officer. Positive Recognition: Being a point of contact for all HRIS platform queries, cultivating positive recognition from employees and managers. YOU’LL BRING : 3-5 years' experience in Transactional HR, with a strong focus on HRIS implementation, maintenance, data input, and management. Proficiency in HRIS platforms, specifically Sage People and Deel Payroll / HR tools and office tools, particularly spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets). A digital mindset is essential. Proficient in English and Portuguese. Global mindset and familiarity in international HR practices is a plus. Experience in Agile methodologies. Innovative problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach. Collaborative and customer-centric mindset. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
