HR and Training ManagerAs the HR & Training Manager, you will lead the full spectrum of human resources and training functions across the organisation. This strategic role combines leadership, compliance, and people development to support our mission of building a high-performance, values-driven culture.What You’ll Be Doing:HR Leadership & Team Management: Lead and manage the HR and Training team to ensure alignment with business objectives and operational efficiency.Talent & Performance Management: Design and implement effective talent acquisition strategies, oversee recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews.Payroll & HR Operations: Manage payroll in collaboration with Finance, maintain HR systems, and ensure accurate employee records and reporting.Training & Development: Develop and implement training strategies, liaise with SETA, and ensure compliance with WSP/ATR submissions.Labour Relations & Compliance: Provide expert guidance on labour matters and ensure compliance with labour legislation and company policies.Culture & Engagement: Drive initiatives that promote employee engagement, wellness, and inclusion.Health, Safety & Wellbeing: Chair the Health & Safety Committee and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety legislation.What You Need to Shine:Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or a related field.Experience: Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership and people management exposure.Legislation Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of South African labour legislation, HR best practices, and payroll administration.Training & SETA: Experience in training and development, SETA liaison, and WSP/ATR submission / Registered Skills Development FacilitatorGeneralist HR: Strong generalist HR background covering recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.Language: Fluent in Afrikaans and English.Remuneration: R55 000.00 CTC per monthCenturion BasedPlease email your CV to Info@everythinghrsa.co.za and copy the job title in the subject line.
