Job Description

The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas related to the human resources field. They should be comfortable onboarding new candidates and collecting necessary background information as well as assisting employees while at work. This candidate should work closely with management in order to provide training for employees and establish ways to increase employee engagement. Role PurposeThe HR Business Partner for Centre of Excellence (COE) & Culture plays a pivotal role in shaping a high-performing, inclusive, and values-driven workplace. This role collaborates with organizational leaders and HR COEs to design and implement culture, engagement, talent, and performance frameworks that elevate employee experience and reinforce the company’s strategic objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesCulture & Engagement LeadershipDevelop and implement culture-building programs that strengthen organizational identity, inclusion, and employee engagement.Lead culture diagnostics and engagement surveys; partner with leaders to convert insights into action plans.Champion initiatives that enhance employee well-being, belonging, and recognition.Centre of Excellence (COE) PartnershipCollaborate with HR COEs in talent acquisition, learning & development, performance, and reward to design future-ready HR solutions.Support rollout of enterprise-wide HR programs across the UAE and broader region.Ensure alignment and integration between COE frameworks and business needs.Talent, Learning & DevelopmentSupport succession planning, competency frameworks, and leadership development initiatives.Partner with L&D to deliver capability-building programs that strengthen organizational performance.Change Management & HR ProgramsLead change management activities for HR transformation or culture-related initiatives.Support the development and communication of HR policies, ensuring clarity, accessibility, and adherence.Diversity, Inclusion & ValuesPartner with stakeholders to advance DEI strategies and embed organizational values into daily practices.Facilitate workshops and interventions to reinforce culture and leadership behaviours.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Organizational Development, or related field; advanced certifications preferred.7+ years of HR experience, ideally with strong exposure to culture, change management, or COE environments.Deep understanding of employee engagement methodologies, OD principles, and HR frameworks.Experience in multinational or professional services environments is a strong advantage.Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.Knowledge Workday SystemWhat We Offer:Opportunity to influence and shape people development strategy in a growing organization.A collaborative and forward-thinking culture.Competitive compensation and benefits package.Professional development and career growth opportunities.Gemcorp was formed in 2017 by Gemcorp Capital a London based investment manager to cover a wide range of investment opportunities across sectors including water management, energy, infrastructure, equipment and information and ICT.
