Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled Senior Recruiter with strong experience in hiring for Mobile Network and Fixed Network domains. The ideal candidate must have solid end-to-end recruitment expertise and hands-on experience sourcing talent both within the UAE and internationally.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment for Mobile Network and Fixed Network roles.Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified telecom professionals.Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver top-quality profiles.Source candidates through job portals, social platforms, internal databases, and agencies.Conduct technical and competency-based interviews.Handle candidate communication, salary discussions, and onboarding coordination.Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future telecom hiring needs.Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE Labor Law.Required Skills & ExperienceProven telecom recruitment experience (Mobile Network, Fixed Network, Fiber, Transmission, RF, NOC, etc.).Strong end-to-end recruitment and sourcing expertise.Good understanding of telecom engineering and field operations roles.Proficient in job portals, social media recruiting, and talent databases.Ability to handle multiple roles under tight timelines.QualificationsBachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.Telecom recruitment experience is mandatory.
