Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Performance Marketing professional specializing in women's fashion. The role is based in Sharjah and involves managing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and engagement. Responsibilities include analyzing performance data, conducting tests to improve results, and collaborating with teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives. The ideal candidate will bring innovative ideas and a data-driven approach to optimize marketing performance and contribute to brand growth. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and Data Analysis capabilities to evaluate campaign performance and derive strategic insights.Effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey data-driven recommendations.Experience in Performance Management and Performance Testing to ensure continuous improvement in marketing efforts.An understanding of the fashion industry and experience in marketing women’s fashion is a plus.Proficiency with relevant marketing tools and platforms as well as a proven track record in driving measurable results.Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative on-site environment
