This candidate should work closely with business team in order to support Wealth Management business build-up across the globe.ResponsibilitiesTalent Solution Formulation: Communicate with and identify the human resource needs and pain points of the business teams, and provide effective comprehensive human resource solutions.Talent Recruitment: Based on the talent development strategy in line with the business direction, attract outstanding talents externally and identify and develop high - potential employees internally.HR Consultation Support: Provide professional human resource support to the department through employee relationship management, training, etc., and assist in achieving performance goals.Policy Implementation: Assist the business department in promoting the implementation of rules, regulations, processes, and programs, and promptly report the progress and implementation effectiveness.Culture Building: Promote and ensure the implementation of the corporate culture, mission, and values in the relevant business area.QualificationsBachelor's degree or above.3 - 5 years of experience in HR or related field.Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills.Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks.Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
