POSITION OBJECTIVEThe HRBP global areas Queretaro is the main point of contact of all management levels of BRP QRO and a secondary point of contact for employees, providing strategic guidance and ensuring a strong alignment between the Business and HR. HRBP is a trusted advisor with the ability to understand and influence the business strategy and goals and translate them into actionable people strategies.Main ActivitiesPartner & influence with all management teams to drive business results that optimize talent, structure, process and culture.Designs and drives talent strategy, succession planning, and leadership growthProvide consultancy on HR initiatives including: Performance management, talent review / succession planning, total rewards, workforce planning, labor relations and payroll.Collaborate with managers on every day issues and develop short and long term HR strategies and solutions designed to increase departmental performance and efficiency.Assist in the development of HR policies in order to satisfy legal requirements, cost containments and work environments.Provide advice and counsel to internal customers on all human capital issues to ensure fair and consistent treatment.Utilize HR analytics tools to provide data to business partners including but not limited to headcount, absenteeism and turnover.Promote business ethics and core values in all efforts.Ensure compliance with employment regulations and guidelines.Support the development of a good social climate.Provide a high level of service and performance.Follow BRP values and behaviors.EducationBachelor degree in: Business / Administration / PsychologistSkillsGeneral knowledge of HR processes (compensation, labor relations, talent management, talent acquisition.Knowledge of English – fluent 4/5.Implementation and development of plans and programs.Professional Experience5 Years in: Human ResourcesLanguageFluent in Spanish written and verbal.English advanced (Min. 80%) written speciallyFrench or German is an advantage.
