Job Description

该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1）深入理解业务发展战略，制定相应的组织人才战略并推动落地； 2）持续推进组织结构优化，合理有效配置人力资源，关注核心骨干员工的留存与发展； 3）负责企业文化、价值观在部门的落地，营造组织氛围，激活组织状态，提升凝聚力； 4）关注目标管理及绩效考核，确保持续的沟通与反馈，推动战略目标的有效落地； 5）关注员工技能提升及管理者管理能力提升，协助建立健全成长体系。 任职要求： 1）本科以上学历，5年以上HR工作经验，至少3年业务团队&增长团队HRBP经验，有互联网教育公司经验优先； 2）出色的沟通协调能力，能快速建立业务信任；优秀的沟通协调与项目规划、推动能力； 3）结果导向，具备复杂问题解决能力及抗压性； 4）逻辑清晰，能通过数据驱动决策。 5）乐观，勤奋，进取，有韧性
