Placement: Automotive Dealer, North JakartaKey Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategyManage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employeesOversee employee relations and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policiesDevelop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance, including language training as neededManage compensation and benefits administration, including payroll processing, salary benchmarking, and benefits negotiationsConduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees and managers to facilitate continuous improvementHandle employee grievances and disciplinary issues in accordance with company policies and applicable lawsEnsure HR systems and processes are efficient, effective, and aligned with industry best practicesQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related fieldIn-depth understanding of employment regulations and best HR practicesStrong analytical skills to identify and resolve HR issues5+ years of HR management experienceFluency in English; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage Strong organizational and interpersonal skillsExperience in the automotive industry is required, with knowledge of its unique HR challenges and dynamicsPowered by JazzHRSofRXL1iva
