You will serve as the subject matter expert and primary point of contact for all HRIS-related initiatives, ensuring that technology supports both operational excellence and long-term PX strategy.This role goes beyond system administration—it requires strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional leadership. You enjoy leading change, influencing stakeholders, and turning data into actionable recommendations.WHAT WILL YOU DOHRIS Strategy & GovernanceOwn the strategic roadmap for Boldr's HRIS, ensuring scalability, compliance, and alignment with PX and business goalsDefine and enforce HRIS governance, including data integrity standards, security protocols, and compliance with global regulationsAct as the system owner and primary liaison between PX, IT, and HRIS vendors.System Optimization & InnovationLead major HRIS projects such as system upgrades, integrations, and new module implementationsContinuously assess HR processes and recommend automation, workflow improvements, and best practicesEvaluate and implement emerging HR technologies that enhance efficiency and employee experience.Data, Analytics & InsightsBuild advanced reporting and analytics capabilities to provide leaders with actionable workforce insightsPartner with PX leadership to design dashboards and predictive models that support strategic workforce planningEnsure timely delivery of recurring and ad hoc reports for executives and stakeholders.Cross-Functional LeadershipCollaborate with Finance, IT, and Operations to integrate HRIS with enterprise systems (payroll, ATS, LMS, etc.)Train and mentor PX team members and system users, building HRIS expertise across the organizationServe as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on HRIS strategy, system capabilities, and data-driven decision-makingWHAT WE'LL LIKE ABOUT YOU YOU ARE...Curious and authentic, just like us! #beboldrA strategic thinker who can balance long-term vision with operational executionA natural collaborator who can influence across teams and levelsAnalytical and detail-oriented, with a passion for transforming data into insightsYOU HAVE...A Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred)4-6 years of progressive experience in HRIS administration, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead roleStrong expertise with HRIS platforms (BambooHR preferred), including system configuration, integration, and optimizationProven experience leading HRIS projects such as implementations, upgrades, or enterprise integrationsSolid understanding of global HR compliance, data privacy, and security requirementsAdvanced data analysis and reporting skills (Excel, BI tools, or equivalent)Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting insights to senior leadershipNice to have a certification in HR technology, project management, or HR analytics (preferred)Nice to have experience in Rippling, Workday, and handling helpdesk is also (preferred)
