About This PositionWe are seeking a skilled and data-driven HRIS Analyst to join our People Operations team. This role will focus on optimizing our Workday platform, particularly in Recruiting and Reporting, to enhance talent acquisition processes and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring 3–5 years of hands-on Workday experience, a strong analytical mindset, and proficiency in reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI.What You'll DoChampion the use of AI within people data and systems to improve insights and automation.Configure and maintain Workday Recruiting modulesPartner with Talent Acquisition to streamline workflows and improve candidate experienceTroubleshoot and resolve system issues related to recruiting processesBuild reporting capabilities, leveraging Workday Report Writer, Discovery Boards, People Analytics/Prism and downstream BI (e.g., Power BI).Ensure data accuracy and integrity across HR systemsParticipate in Workday releases, testing, and change managementDocument processes and provide end-user trainingParticipate in Workday releases, testing, and change managementEvaluate and integrate third‑party recruiting automation and orchestration tools that complement Workday; AI‑driven matching (e.g., Paradox, HiredScore).What You'll NeedBachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or related field3–5 years of experience in Workday HCM, with a focus on Recruiting and ReportingExperience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar business intelligence toolsStrong understanding of HR processes and data structuresExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesPreferredWorkday certifications (HCM, Talent/Recruiting).Experience with Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio)Hands-on experience improving processes within WorkdayFamiliarity with other Workday modules (e.g., Talent, Compensation)Project management experience in HRIS implementations or upgrades.About WaystarThrough a smart platform and better experience, Waystar helps providers simplify healthcare payments and yield powerful results throughout the complete revenue cycle.Waystar’s healthcare payments platform combines innovative, cloud-based technology, robust data, and unparalleled client support to streamline workflows and improve financials so providers can focus on what matters most: their patients and communities.
