Job Title: Hub Manager / Team ManagerLocation: Solna, Stockholm, SwedenClient: Multinational Power CompanyAssignment Length: Annual renewable contract Assignment Type: Residential Work Schedule: 8 Hours per day / 5 days a week JOB DESCRIPTIONWe are now looking for a committed and structured Team Lead (Hub Manager) at Eldistribution. The consultant will play a central role in the CX and Digital Channels department. The department is responsible for driving customer insights work within Eldistribution, as well as owning and developing the digital channels for customers and partners with the goal of improving the customer experience and developing user-friendly digital services and seamless customer journeys. As Hub Manager, you will lead the work in one of the department's teams, consisting of a dynamic mix of developers, UX designers, quality assurance specialists, and a SCRUM master. The team works closely with other colleagues in the department, such as product owners, business analysts, service designers, user analysts, and also digital communicators. The consultant is responsible for the IT budget, maintenance, security, and delivery in collaboration with the product owners. This is a team-lead role where you lead the daily work and handle several personnel-related matters without having formal personnel responsibility.About the Web Hub:The Web Hub is an agile development team responsible for UX design, maintenance, and development of web products within Eldistribution. The Web Hub works continuously with improvements and new features, business development projects, adaptive work, and maintenance. This is done in close collaboration with business analysts and product owners in cross-functional teams. The team includes staff from the Clients IT and from CX and Digital Channels. The Web Hub is a creative and solution-oriented team working closely with the business to drive, develop, and maintain Eldistribution's digital services and user experiences.Responsibilities:Responsible for the budget, resource planning, and resource allocation for the Web HubDrive and develop maintenance processes and ensure security and complianceSupport and coach team membersAct as the link between IT, CX design, Architecture, Communications, and other departments - enabling smooth collaborationFollow up on goals and results and continuously improve ways of workingBe responsible for maintaining and signing new agreementsParticipate in management forums together with other team leads in CX and Digital ChannelsEnsure that we follow the guidelines, practices, and processes of Eldistribution and the Clients IT, and contribute to continuously improving them.Skills:You have experience in similar leadership roles, preferably as an Engineering Manager, project manager, or team lead. Experience as a SCRUM master is highly valuable.You enjoy working cross-functionally and have a solid understanding of technology, users, and business.You are confident in handling budget, maintenance, and security responsibilities.You are a natural coach who helps the team grow and deliver together.You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English.Education:SCRUM Master/Engineering Manager background.
