Plant Engineer

At our client's company, you will be involved in the initial phase of groundbreaking projects, which require seamless coordination with various stakeholders and customers around the world.Main responsibilities:Perform 3D CAD modeling of components and assemblies at various levels and create accurate 2D drawings and layouts for manufacturingApply design principles and guidelines governing the electromechanical architecture of HVDC stations, both onshore and offshoreEvaluate, select, and apply established techniques and protocols to design station layouts during the tender phaseCreate comprehensive tenders for engineering commitments, including material estimates and risk assessments, etc.Compile important documentation and CAD models and collaborate effectively with customers, suppliers, and contractors to meet project goalsEnsure compliance with safety standardsQualifications:YH or university degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent4-5 years experience in industrial or civil engineeringCompetence in 3D modeling and skill in creating 2D drawings/layouts using software such as NX/TC or SolidWorksYou are curious about new technologies and strive to continuously develop your own skills and knowledgeYou are cooperative and solution-oriented and have good communication skillsPrevious experience from projects in high-voltage/extra-high-voltage station technology is advantageousIf you find the ad interesting but do not fully meet the above requirements, please do not hesitate to submit your application anyway!
