Job DescriptionDelegate tasks for sorters & drivers depending on the number of headcountsReceive and inbound parcels from the linehaul teamCoordinate and schedule daily activities with drivers to ensure all delivery activities are carried out in a timely mannerMonitor driver behavior and ensure a high level of customer serviceAssist the fleet team lead in the deployment and training of new drivers where applicableMonitor and report KPI complianceEnsure the compliance of safety policies and standard operations procedures for in-hub parcel collectionRequirementsCandidates currently based in Kuala Lumpur / Selangor are encouraged to applyWilling to work on a rational shift basis depending on business needsBasic Microsoft Excel skillsExperience in logistics operations would be an advantageFamiliarity with postcodes / routing / mapping would be of good useExcellent leadership and communication skillsAbility to deal with ambiguous situationsFast learner, comfortable with a dynamic environmentDiploma / Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or relevant disciplines is advantageous
