This role will will consist of handling multiple presentations, projects and analytics, as well as the marketing communication planning in our fast paced international environment.

Where you’ll beYou will be located at our Espoo HQ in Finland and should be within reasonable commuting distance from here. This is a primarily in-office role, with the flexibility of one remote day per week. What you'll be doingTaking ownership of our quick service restaurant (QSR) and distribution/catering/retail (DCR) category strategies:

building the market analysis, trends and strategies to win in the market, supported by our Product Managers for Europe-Asia-Oceania marketsProviding the market intelligence data to our stakeholders across the team, units and the leadership teamClosely following up and reporting to the business what is happening in the market, latest competitor information, industry news and other relevant key informationPlanning and executing the events and exhibitions pipeline for the foodservice segment; planning and selecting which events we want to be present and running the planning and participation for these events (building full visibility on the relevant events across the EAO region)Taking the role as the ‘marketing communications expert’ within our segment, including planning the marketing communication activities with our units, preparing the marketing materials for new product launches and being responsible of the external communication (LinkedIn, Press releases etc) on our Foodservice packaging.

Supporting the product managers and the market units in all key product launch and strategy communication, building the marketing communication plans for 3-years. Website management:

Ensuring our foodservice websites are up to date and follow the group guidelines, ensuring the same happens in the local market units and provides support when neededWriting marketing communication texts and materials to support the commercial strategy and needs from different stakeholdersRun the marketing communication community across Foodservice EAO sitesSupports the Product Managers and the global commercial community in all relevant marketing communication tasksWhat you’ll bring to the roleMaster’s degree in marketing, business, communications or other relevant degree of studyProven history of experience (8+ years) as a senior marketeer.

Packaging industry expertise is a plusStrong communication and presentation skillsExcellent analytics and sales reporting skills. An aptitude to distil a wide amount of data into key messaging for leadershipPrevious experience using databases like Euromonitor is a plusA ‘hands-on’ approach to be able to support our teams with very concrete proposalsAbility to manage multiple stakeholder groups and concurrent projects An enjoyment of leading a variety of tasks in your daily work, from writing marketing texts to wider market analyses and reportingWhat we offer in returnA meaningful job: At Huhtamaki, we believe in protecting food, people and the planet.
