In 2014, GROHE became part of the LIXIL Corporation, a publicly listed company on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.Job description :Location: Warsaw (1-2 days at office) + regular travel to Tomaszów Mazowiecki (twice a week)Travel: Regular visits to other countries in the region (approximately one visit per year to each country in the region)We are looking for Junior HR Business Partner to support our Sales Region Eastern Europe and assembly in Tomaszów Mazowiecki.As HRBP, you will be the primary HR contact supporting around 160 employees in 7 countries. You’ll work closely with local leadership to drive initiatives that enhance employee experience, engagement, and retention, while ensuring alignment with global HR standards and local compliance.Key Responsibilities:Implement global HR initiatives locally, adapting to market and legal requirementsPartner with leaders on hiring, onboarding, performance management, succession planning, and compensation reviewsSupport organisational development, employee engagement, and change management activitiesLead talent development efforts, identify high-potential individuals, and build succession pipelinesChampion diversity and inclusion initiatives, track progress, and propose corrective actions where neededEnsure HR data accuracy and governance, maintaining up-to-date documentationAdvise on employee relations matters with discretion and professionalismContinuously improve HR processes to enhance efficiency and employee experienceCoordinate personnel administration processes (preparing contracts and addendums, timely implementation of health and safety training and health examinations), benefits and payroll support for PolandWhat You’ll Bring:Experience as Junior HR Business Partner or HR Specialist willing to develop furtherFluent Polish and very good English (at a level of fluent communication)Understanding of HR processes, documentation standards, and data confidentiality.Solid communication and stakeholder management skillsRelevant educational backgroundAbility to plan, set priorities, and meet deadlinesAre we on the same wavelength?
