Members are rewarded with valuable incentives, ensuring genuine and high-quality participation.Role OverviewAs a Tech Recruiter, you will be an integral part of the HR team, collaborating closely with the technical team to understand hiring priorities and identify top engineering talent. You will own the recruitment process end-to-end, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for candidates.You will also build and maintain a strong talent pipeline, proactively anticipating hiring needs and helping Prime Insights’ technical teams grow with skilled, motivated professionals who drive our products forward.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition: Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for engineering and product roles; experience working with developers using PHP and Vue.js will be a plus.Candidate Experience: Manage the recruitment process to provide a professional and positive experience for candidates.Team Partnership: Collaborate with the HR department and technical team to understand role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. Hiring for Tech Lead and senior positions will be a plus.Market Insights: Stay informed about technical hiring trends and competitive compensation benchmarks to support recruitment decisions.Process Improvement: Optimize recruitment processes, workflows, and tools to enhance efficiency and outcomes.Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future technical needs.Your Skills2-4+ years of recruiting experience, with a focus on technical rolesStrong understanding of engineering roles, technical stacks, and software development processesProficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing/recruitment toolsExcellent communication skills in English, both written and verbalAbility to manage multiple roles simultaneously while maintaining attention to detailStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independentlyAnalytical mindset with experience using data to drive recruitment strategiesOur Offer:Competitive salary commensurate with your experience and expertiseRegular salary reviews to ensure your compensation reflects your contributionsCollaborate with an international team on diverse and engaging projectsEnjoy a safe and stable work environment with ample opportunities for growth and development❗Important: We are not considering freelancers or contractors working on multiple projects simultaneously, or recruitment agencies.
