Senior IT Recruiter (AI Project)

We are looking for a Senior IT Recruiter to join our team and take full responsibility for the recruitment process for an AI project.ResponsibilitiesManaging the entire recruitment process (from requirement analysis to final offer negotiations).Creating and publishing job ads on various platforms.Actively sourcing candidates through social networks, databases, and other channels.Conducting initial interviews.Collaborating with the HR team and project managers to understand recruitment needs.RequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience in IT recruitment.Familiarity with the IT market and the ability to identify key technical competencies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Self-motivation and strong organizational skills.Experience with online recruitment tools (LinkedIn, GitHub, etc.).Proficiency in English at a minimum C1 level.Experience in recruiting for AI-related roles is a must.We OfferFlexible cooperation terms.Opportunity for long-term collaboration on future projects.Remote work or work from our offices – your choice!Flexible working hours – we care about the results, not the place or time.A supportive team that works together, shares knowledge and celebrates success.
