This role is crucial for linking human capital strategy directly to the commercial success of the sales and marketing functions.Role SummaryWe are seeking a commercially-minded Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) to serve as the dedicated HR lead for the high-impact Marketing and Recruitment functions. This is a critical dual role focused on executing the full talent lifecycle, from attraction and hiring (Recruitment) to retention and performance management, while acting as a strategic partner to the Sales and Marketing leadership. The successful candidate must possess a strong understanding of commercial and consumer dynamics.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment Strategy and ExecutionLead the end-to-end recruitment process for all critical roles within the Sales, Marketing, and other commercial divisions, ensuring a steady pipeline of top talent.Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies specifically tailored to attract candidates with relevant industry experience (e.g., in building materials, FMCG, or related sales/marketing sectors).Manage onboarding and induction programs to ensure rapid integration of new commercial hires.Strategic HR Partnership for Sales & MarketingWork directly with the leadership of the Sales and Marketing teams to identify talent gaps, succession planning needs, and high-potential employees.Drive performance management cycles and disciplinary processes, ensuring consistency and fairness.Design and coordinate targeted training and development interventions to enhance the commercial skills of the teams.Employee Relations and EngagementAct as a trusted consultant for management and employees, addressing complex employee relations issues and ensuring compliance with labor law.Champion employee engagement initiatives within the assigned functions to maintain high morale and retention rates.Field Coordination and VisibilityThis role requires a high degree of mobility. The HRBP must be flexible and willing to travel to key sites, showrooms, and field sales locations across the country as required to conduct recruitment drives, resolve field-based issues, and gain firsthand operational insights.RequirementsExperience: A minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in Human Resources, with significant exposure to at least two of the following areas: Recruitment, Sales Support, or Marketing HR.Domain Knowledge: Demonstrable understanding of commercial operations, specifically the demands of Sales and Marketing teams.Education: A professional qualification or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, or a related field.Mobility: Willingness to travels across the country to support site and field teams.Attributes: Strong relationship-building skills, high emotional intelligence, excellent negotiation and conflict resolution abilities, and the capacity to operate effectively as both a strategic planner and an operational executor.
