We are committed to fostering professional development, providing training, and supporting success in a hybrid, data-driven environment.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a part-time Human Resource Officer based in Perth, Western Australia.This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, where the first week of training will be conducted remotely, followed by a flexible combination of remote and on-site work. The Human Resource Officer will assist in recruitment coordination, HR data management, employee documentation, and internal communication processes. The role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the recruitment process, including candidate coordination and document handlingMaintain and update HR databases, records, and employee informationAssist in preparing HR reports, contracts, and onboarding materialsEnsure compliance with company policies and employment standardsCoordinate with internal teams to support HR-related inquiries and activitiesContribute to HR analytics and process improvement initiativesUphold confidentiality and data protection standards in all HR operationsQualificationsStrong organisational and communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or equivalent HR toolsUnderstanding of HR processes, compliance, and documentationHigh attention to detail and accuracy in data handlingAbility to work independently in a hybrid environmentBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)Previous experience in HR or administrative support roles is an advantageTraining provided – suitable for entry-level applicantsRemuneration & Work ArrangementPay Range: AUD $1,000 – $1,200 per week Type: Part-Time (Hybrid) Location: Perth, Western Australia Training: First week remote, followed by hybrid collaboration Schedule: Flexible hours Support: Full training and professional mentorship provided
