Learning and Development Business PartnerSouthwest Sydney | Onsite | $130,000 + SuperWe’re partnering with a leading organisation in the manufacturing industry to recruit an experienced and strategic Organisational Development Business Partner. This is a rare opportunity to step into a role with genuine ownership and influence, driving culture, performance, and leadership development during a period of organisational transformation.About the RoleReporting directly into the HR Director – Pacific Region, you’ll act as a trusted advisor across the business, designing and delivering targeted OD initiatives that enhance employee capability, engagement, and performance. You’ll lead change management projects, learning and development programs, and talent initiatives, while partnering with leaders to embed a high-performing culture. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on autonomy, enjoys project management, and can confidently influence at all levels.ResponsibilitiesLead organisational change initiatives and support major transformation projectsDesign, implement, and evaluate learning and development programs, including onboarding and leadership developmentFacilitate culture-building initiatives, engagement surveys, and recognition programsManage performance management campaigns and support succession planning for critical rolesPartner with leaders and HR teams to identify capability gaps and implement solutionsCollaborate with external providers and Workday LMS experts to deliver learning programsAnalyse engagement and performance data to drive evidence-based OD interventionsEnsure compliance with relevant legislation and internal policiesAbout YouWe’re looking for someone strategic, commercially aware, and confident, with the ability to operate independently and influence stakeholders at all levels.
