Job Description:We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the daily operations of the HR department and ensuring the smooth execution of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and organizational development. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys a mix of strategic and operational HR responsibilities.Key Responsibilities:- HR Compliance:• Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with the organization's goals and objectives• Ensuring compliance with labor laws, Emiratization target, company policies.• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.* sufficient knowledge in General pension and social security authority registration, end of service procedures and UAE Labor laws.- Recruitment & Onboarding:• Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.• Facilitate employee orientation and integration into the company.-Employee Relations:• Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing support and resolving issues.• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through employee engagement programs.- Performance Management:• Oversee the development and implementation of performance review processes.• Support managers in identifying employee development opportunities.- Training & Development:• Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.• Promote career growth opportunities and succession planning initiatives.- Benefits Administration:• Manage salary structures, increments, and allowances baseo on company quidelines• Oversee employee leave entitlements, including annual, sick, maternity, and special leaves• Ensure compliance with health insurance policies and medical benefits.- HR Analytics:• Compile and analyze HR data to provide insights and support decision-making.• Track key HR metrics such as turnover rates and employee satisfaction.Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.• 3-5 years of experience in a HR Manager role.• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.• Certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus but not required.What We Offer:• Competitive salary and benefits package.• Opportunities for professional growth and development.• A supportive and collaborative work environment.If you are passionate about making a meaningful impact and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment, we'd love to hear from you!Apply today and become a part of our team!
