We are proud of having leadingbrokers in the Dubai real estate market dedicated to understanding and fulfilling our clients’ needs.Position Overview:We are seeking for an HR manager to support our teamIdeal Candidate Profile:-RUSSIAN LANGUAGE IS MANDATORY- At least 1 year of experience in the Dubai- Optimistic mindset with a high level of empathy.- Strong communication skills.- Commitment to continuous learning and development.- Proficiency in written and spoken English at an intermediate level or higher.- Current residency in Dubai.-Strong understanding of UAE labor law and payrollKey Responsibilities:-Manage full-cycle recruitment for brokers and administrative roles.-Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and onboarding processes.-Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws.-Coordinate visa processing, contracts, and HR documentation.-Support employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance issues.-Oversee probation reviews, evaluations, and development plans.-Conduct HR reporting, attendance monitoring, and payroll coordination.-Partner with management to improve team performance and retention.-Organize internal trainings, team-building, and engagement initiatives.-Ensure a positive and productive work environment aligned with company cultureWe offer:-Modern office in a heart of Dubai, Emaar Square-Competitive salary+bonuses from agent's deals-Flexible and loyal management-Interesting tasks-Visa, insurance and family benefits according to UAE labor lawONLY UAE BASED AND RUSSIAN SPEAKING CANDIDATES CAN APPLY!
