Job Description

Job PurposeDevelop, implement, and manage reward policies and procedures to ensure they support organizational goals and comply with legal standardsConduct detailed analysis of compensation data to ensure competitive and equitable pay practicesProvide expert advice and support on complex compensation issues to HR and management teamsPrincipal AccountabilitiesCreate and maintain reward policies that align with organizational strategy and legal requirementsOversee the administration of compensation programs, including salary adjustments and incentivesConduct market surveys and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation practicesAnalyze compensation data to identify trends and provide recommendationsEnsure all reward practices comply with relevant laws and regulationsPrepare comprehensive reports on compensation metrics and program effectivenessDevelop and deliver training on reward policies and best practicesAddress complex compensation-related queries and disputesManage relationships with external compensation consultants and vendorsEvaluate the effectiveness of reward programs and propose enhancementsAssist in the preparation of compensation budgets and forecastsConduct job evaluations and maintain accurate job descriptionsIdentify and implement improvements in reward administration processesLead or participate in special projects related to compensation and rewardsCollaborate with other HR functions to integrate reward strategies into broader HR practicesEducational Qualifications & CertificationsBachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, or equivalentCertified Compensation Professional (CCP) or similar certification preferredRelevant ExperienceMinimum 6 years’ experience in a similar role and industry
