OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to support day-to-day human resources operations. The ideal candidate is organized, people-focused, and eager to contribute to a positive and efficient workplace environment. This role involves assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee record management, and HR administration.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing documentation and conducting orientations.Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately.Prepare HR-related letters, contracts, and reports as needed.Handle employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and procedures.Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information.Support the implementation of HR policies and initiatives.Help organize employee engagement activities and performance review cycles.Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.Qualifications & SkillsDiploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.1–3 years of experience in an HR or administrative role preferred.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.High attention to detail and confidentiality.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Familiarity with HR software or applicant tracking systems (ATS) is an asset.What You’ll GainHands-on experience in all facets of human resources.Exposure to a dynamic and collaborative team environment.Opportunities for professional development and growth in HR.Benefits:Competitive salary - 150,000 NGN per monthFully Remote Work opportunity.Vacation, paid leave, and additional benefits shall be provided after a 3-month probation period.Opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.Supportive and collaborative work environment.Note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for further consideration.
