Job Title: Human Resources AdministratorLocation: Sagamu, Ogun StateSalary: ₦200,000 MonthlyExperience Level: 3–4 YearsJob SummaryThe Human Resources Administrator will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support and ensuring the effective delivery of HR services within the organization. The ideal candidate will manage daily HR operations, maintain employee records, support recruitment activities, and ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the recruitment and selection process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and preparing offer letters.Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HR databases accurately.Support onboarding and orientation processes for new employees.Administer employee attendance, leave management, and payroll documentation.Assist in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.Coordinate staff training and development programs.Prepare HR-related reports and correspondence as required.Handle employee inquiries and provide administrative support on HR-related matters.Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and company standards.Support employee engagement and welfare initiatives.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field.3–4 years proven experience in an HR administrative or similar role.Strong understanding of HR functions, labor laws, and best practices.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software tools.High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.Ability to multitask and work effectively with minimal supervision.How to Apply:Interested and qualified candidates should send their CVs to cv@ascentech.com.ng using the Job Title as the subject of the email.
