We have partnered with the UK entity of an international bank based in the city of London who are looking for a HR Administrator.The role of HR Administrator is to provide HR administrative support on a day-to-day basis and to provide safe and secure, fit for purpose HR systems and processes (physical and electronic) that are constantly and consistently maintained and developed in order to support HR’s operational and strategic requirements.ResponsibilitiesThe maintenance of the HR system and personnel files, undertaking routine system administration. Ensuring integrity of data, and that process and security is maintained through continuous monitoring and evaluation.HR analysis of data captured and providing HR Management Information on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.Conducting a mini HR audit (contracts, appraisals, payroll data, training records)Getting all employee files and HR documentation fully organisedSupporting payroll with accurate and complete employee dataProvide recruitment administration support including Pre-employment checks and payroll/ systems set-up.Provide administrative support, through the drafting of correspondence and updating of systems, in relation to Employee Relations issues, leavers and changes to terms and conditions of employment.Provide administrative support for all staff benefits, programmes and events, liaising with external suppliers where necessary.Administer the performance management system, monitoring completion and recording outcomes.Continually review data quality and integrity checks to ensure that all HR information remains 100% accurate, secure and compliant (including, both electronic and paper versions of HR systems).Provide monthly reporting and all ad hoc reporting and requests for information as required by the HR team and other Departments.Carry out any other reasonable, ad hoc duties in order to support the HR team.Required experience2+ years in a HR administration roleExperience working in a bank or financial services organisation of around 50FTEHighly organised and proactive mindsetExperience using ADPPreferableHR qualificationThis role is for an immediate start (November) and as such only candidates who are available immediately will be considered.This role is a maternity cover and will be 4-6 months FTC and is office based in Central London (London Bridge) and requires full right to work in the UKNorthreach is an equal opportunity employer and we do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment based on race, colour, religion, sex, national origin, disability, or age.
