We collaborate with charities, private organisations, and the Government to benefit local communities.As a HR Administrator, you will support the efficient and compliant delivery of HR activities across the business. This is an ideal opportunity for a recent HR graduate looking to build foundational experience in HR systems, data management, reporting, and people operations within a multi-site national organisation.About the roleMaintain and update the HRIS (Kronos), ensuring data accuracy and integrity.Process employee lifecycle transactions including onboarding documentation, contract generation, variations, and separations.Prepare employment contracts, letters, and standard HR documentation templates.Respond to employee queries relating to leave balances, payroll inputs, and HR processes.Generate regular HR reports including headcount, turnover, absenteeism, and compliance metrics.Ensure accurate employee record-keeping in line with legislative and audit requirements.Support onboarding coordination to ensure a smooth and compliant commencement experience.Assist with HR systems enhancements, reporting automation, and process improvement initiatives.Provide administrative support across HR projects and workforce data analysis activities.About youRecently completed (or nearing completion of) a tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.Strong interest in HR systems, reporting, and data accuracy.High attention to detail with strong organisational capability.Confident working with spreadsheets and data (intermediate Excel skills highly regarded).Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proactive, reliable, and eager to build a long-term career in Human Resources.Why us?Every person, in every role, helps keep valuable materials in use and supports our move towards a wasteless future.A rewarding career path with opportunities for progressionAttractive salary package.Access to exclusive discounts and benefits at over 500 retailers across Australia, enhancing your lifestyle and wellbeing.Novated car leasing.Access to our Employee Assistance Program (EAP).At Re.Group, we celebrate diversity, equity, and inclusion.
