You will work closely with leaders and managers on the practical, day‑to‑day people matters that keep the business running well — from employee relations and performance management through to onboarding, and reward processes.You’ll be part of a small, collaborative HR team and will be trusted to manage issues end‑to‑end, provide clear advice, and follow things through to completion.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESSupporting leaders and managers with employee relations matters, performance issues, and workplace concernsCoaching managers through day‑to‑day people decisions and conversationsPartnering with Talent Acquisition on hiring, approvals, and onboarding activityManaging and coordinating performance review and promotion cyclesSupporting learning and development activities, including identifying needs and coordinating deliveryAssisting with annual remuneration and salary review processesEnsuring HR policies, employee records, and systems are accurate, up to date, and compliant across ANZSupporting internal programs such as reward and recognition initiatives and engagement activitiesPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONSYou are a practical, delivery‑focused HR professional who enjoys being close to the business and trusted by leaders to “get things done.”You’ll bring:Solid experience in an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor roleStrong knowledge of Australian and New Zealand employment legislationConfidence handling employee relations matters and manager coachingA pragmatic, solutions‑oriented approach with good judgementStrong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExperience in a professional services, consulting, or global environment (preferred)
