This role is hands-on, giving you the chance to own onboarding coordination, deliver engaging induction sessions, drive employee engagement initiatives, and ensure smooth HR processes. If you enjoy working with people, coordinating activities, and contributing to a positive culture, this role is a fantastic entry point into HR.This two-year fixed-term contract provides hands-on exposure across multiple HR functions and offers high potential for progression into a permanent role within the P&C team.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct and facilitate engaging induction sessions for new startersTrack and monitor attendance, timesheets, and leave records accuratelyMaintain up-to-date and accurate employee recordsPlan and coordinate company events, team-building activities, and culture initiativesSupport employee engagement programs and initiatives that strengthen our workplace cultureAssist with performance review cycles and other HR processesContribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiativesAbout You (Entry-Level Friendly)Enthusiastic, proactive, and confident in facilitating group sessionsA people person who enjoys coordinating activities and connecting with colleaguesHighly organised, with strong follow-up and multitasking skillsDetail-oriented, reliable, and accountableEager to learn about HR practices; basic understanding of Australian employment standards is a plusPositive, collaborative, and ready to contribute to a vibrant company cultureWhy Join KPay?Be at the heart of shaping a positive employee experienceWork in a fast-growing, innovative fintech environmentExposure to multiple HR functions and projectsCollaborative and supportive team culture
