Human Resources Advisor

An opportunity has arisen for an ER specialist to join an established fashion retailer in London. You will be the trusted first point of contact for managers and staff on all employee relations matters – offering clear, practical advice and escalating to the HR Partner or Head of HR when needed. You will be tasked with coaching managers through formal processes such as investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, and flexible working requests – making sure everything’s handled fairly and in line with legislative and procedural requirements.You will have experience of working as an ER Advisor or even in store with demonstrable experience in handling an ER caseload on site. You will be a strong communicator who can work at pace and build excellence stakeholder relationships across key senior leaders.
