Whether it's coordinating interviews, processing new starter documentation, or updating employee records, your role will be integral to delivering a seamless HR experience.Our bright and friendly offices, with spectacular views of the city, are based in Central London (WC1X) - within walking distance from various underground and train stations such as Russell Square, Chancery Lane, Kings Cross, and Farringdon.If you're ready to take on a new challenge and make a real impact in the healthcare industry, we want to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment Support & CoordinationRespond promptly and professionally to candidate enquiries via email, phone, and in personAssist with posting job adverts, reviewing CVs, and scheduling interviewsSupport the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experienceLiaise with hiring managers to coordinate interview logistics and provide timely updatesOnboarding & Employee Lifecycle ManagementPrepare welcome packs and new starter documentation for incoming employeesCoordinate induction schedules and ensure all onboarding activities are completed smoothlyMaintain accurate employee records and documentation in line with GDPR requirementsProcess employee changes including contract updates, role changes, and leavers' documentationHR Administration & DocumentationMonitor and manage the HR inbox to ensure all queries are handled within set timeframesMaintain and update HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliancePrepare employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR correspondenceMaintain confidential filing systems and ensure all records are up to dateEmployee Support & EngagementAct as a first point of contact for employee HR queries and concernsSupport internal communications through company newsletters and HR updatesAssist with organising employee engagement activities and team eventsHelp coordinate performance review processes and maintain related documentationHR Projects & Process ImprovementAssist with research and preparation of HR policies and proceduresSupport ongoing HR projects including labour planning and process improvementsProactively identify areas for improvement and escalate recurring issues to the HR ManagerPrepare regular reports on HR metrics, highlighting trends and insightsRequirementsPrevious experience in HR, administration, or a related field (preferred but not essential)Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionallyProficient in using Microsoft Office, email systems, and HRIS tools (training provided)Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feetStrong attention to detail, ensuring accurate records and complianceAbility to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks in a busy environmentUnderstanding of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive informationA positive and proactive attitude, with a genuine interest in supporting people and organisational developmentJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:Company eventsCompany pensionEmployee discountFlexitimeFree parkingOn-site parkingPrivate medical insuranceStore discountAbility to commute/relocate:London WC1X 8HB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)Education:A-Level or equivalent (required)Experience:Human resources: 1 year (required)Language:English (required)Work authorisation:United Kingdom (required)Work Location: In person
