Recruitment Specialist

Location: Worcestershire : HybridSalary: Up to GBP 35,000Contract:Full Time : PermanentDepartment: People and CultureReporting To: Head of People and CultureA growing organisation is seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join its People and Culture Shared Services team. This is a hands:on, high:impact role responsible for delivering a compliant, efficient, and end:to:end recruitment service that supports high:volume hiring across the group.Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from strategic needs assessment and role design through to onboarding and offer management.: Ensure full compliance with UK employment legislation, including Equality Act, Right to Work, GDPR, and internal governance processes.: Maintain data accuracy across HR and payroll systems, ensuring seamless flow of new starter information.: Partner with hiring managers to support workforce planning, succession considerations, and build:vs:buy talent decisions.: Develop talent pools and long:term sourcing strategies to meet future workforce needs.: Produce accurate recruitment analytics and reports for leadership and board:level review.: Manage recruitment budgets and ensure cost:effective sourcing.About You: Minimum 3 years' experience in an in:house recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR role with strong recruitment focus.: Solid understanding of UK employment law and recruitment compliance.: Confident managing high:volume recruitment with strong ATS and HRIS experience.: Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.: CIPD Level 3 (or working towards) required
