With a robust distribution network boasting over 1000 touch points nationwide, the company has embraced modern retail practices by securing retail spaces in luxury malls, establishing exclusively branded stores for an unparalleled customer experience, and launching an E-commerce platform that attracts over 600,000 site visits per year.The RolePartner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals and drive people-related outcomes.Support workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning to ensure optimal staffing levels.Lead performance management initiatives, ensuring timely goal setting, feedback, and appraisals.Collaborate with Learning & Development to identify capability gaps and implement development interventions.Drive employee engagement programs to strengthen culture, morale, and retention.Provide guidance on employee relations issues, ensuring fair, compliant, and consistent resolutions.Advise business heads on compensation, benefits, and recognition strategies to attract and retain top talent.Support organizational change initiatives and act as a change agent to embed new practices effectively.Monitor and analyze HR metrics (e.g., attrition, engagement, absenteeism) and provide insights for improvement.Ensure HR policy implementation and compliance with company standards and statutory requirements.The PersonBachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Professional qualification (e.g., CIPM, CIPD, SHRM) will be an added advantage.Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a business partnering or generalist capacity.Proven experience in handling multiple business units or large teams will be preferred.
