Who We AreBorn in 1980, Alexandre Mattiussi studied at Duperré fashion design school in Paris.After formative experiences in several fashion houses - travelling between Paris, Milan and New York - the designer decided in 2011 to launch his own brand: AMI.Created in Paris and inspired by this city ever since, AMI offers stylish and comprehensive wardrobes for men and women, blurring the boundaries between casual and chic.The name AMI, the French word for friend, plays with the initials of Alexandre Mattiussi.AMI captures a particular type of the French capital's nonchalance, one that is relaxed, authentic and friendly.Key Accountabilities:Job Title: HR Business Partner, ChinaDivision: HRMission: to meet business needs by supporting talent development and continuous improvement of performance and be the bridge of talent development and business growthBusiness Partnering· Support line managers to drive business results through people/HC & organization capability· Ensure appropriate talent quality organizational development and HR cost control· Focus on strategic activities (such as deployment of the people strategy) and monitoring of HR operational services· Support culture change initiatives and establish key communication strategies for business-related events impacting people· Lead/participate new or revised HR program implementations and work closely with stakeholders to ensure a smooth and successful delivery.· Coach and counsel business management on issues of personal effectiveness, leadership, individual & team performance· Provide input to C&B to create innovative HR solutions, based on the business needs analysis.· Manage legally and effectively employee relations issues.· Other tasks: assigned by department head.Performance Management· Facilitating performance review (e.g., goal setting, check-in, performance conversation, performance calibration and results documentation, etc.)· Monitoring performance management focus alignment between rating and compensation decisions· Work with key stakeholders to drive company culture to performance review and talent potential review.· Understand and apply company values and current HR policies regarding managed projects and programs (e.g., leave, terminations, offboarding); and advise employee on compliance of policies and procedures.· Support line manager on corporate engagement activity & training.· Act as talent facilitator for learning program· Other tasks: assigned by department head.Talent Management· Collaborate with stakeholders and line managers on talent mapping and profiling to support recruitment planning.· Lead talent attraction projects such as employer branding, recruitment events, company profiling, and interview training.· Partner with C&B and business leaders on manpower planning.· Identify opportunities to enhance recruiting processes, talent pools, and sourcing tools.· Develop and implement effective recruitment methodologies and tools tailored to the internal retail talent management system.· Advise stakeholders on optimal talent decisions.· Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, analyze recruitment performance, and implement solutions to enhance productivity and meet business needs.· Oversee talent acquisition projects, including campus recruitment and Recruitment Day.· Prepare and present recruitment reports and actionable insights that influence business outcomes; provide weekly/monthly recruitment tracking updates.· Manage end-to-end talent processes, including reference checks, onboarding, probation reviews, performance management, talent reviews, and workforce planning.· Plan, design, and implement talent-related processes and programs.· Lead the rollout of new talent initiatives and monitor the effectiveness of existing programs.· Communicate and cascade the talent strategy and related agendas across the organization.· Analyze talent data regularly to derive insights and drive actionable plans at relevant levels.· Serve as a talent facilitator for learning programs.· Perform other duties as assigned by the department head.Requirements & Capabilities:· 5+ years of HR experience with a breadth of knowledge across talent management, talent acquisition and organizational development. Specific experience talent review and succession planning, talent development.· Experience in a fast-paced, multinational organization, ideally in an industrial environment· Self Starter who can work independently· Strong sense of information protection and confidentiality· Ability to generate results through influence in a global environment with multiple and diverse stakeholders· Demonstrated capability to interact directly with senior HR and business leaders when necessary· Proven ability to plan, organize, prioritize and effectively manage multiple complex projects· Solutions-oriented, with demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex issues and problems both independently and collaboratively· Strong systems expertise (Success Factors), data driven, and results focused· Fluent in English, any other language is an advantage Ambitious and results & profit oriented; detail-driven, multi-tasker, good sense with fashion;
