Reporting directly to the CEO, the HRBP will ensure that all facets of HR( recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compensation, compliance, and learning &development) are fully implemented, respected, and aligned with business goals. ResponsibilitiesBusiness PartneringPartner with the CEO and leadership team to define and execute the HR strategy aligned with company objectivesAct as the primary HR contact for Business Unit Managers, providing guidance on workforce planning, talent development, and employee engagementCoach and advise managers on leadership effectiveness, team dynamics, and performance management.Champion company culture, values, and employee engagement initiatives across all teamsTalent Acquisition & OnboardingLead recruitment efforts for key roles, ensuring a structured and inclusive hiring processPartner with hiring managers to define role requirements, competencies, and selection criteria aligned with business needs. Oversee full cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer stage, ensuring a smooth, engaging, and timely candidate experience.Leverage recruitment data and metrics to optimize hiring strategies and improve time-to-fill and quality of hire.Drive onboarding initiatives that set new hires up for success, ensuring a seamless transition, cultural alignment, and strong engagement from day one. Collaborate with the Marketing team to continuously improve employer branding and talent attraction efforts.General HR Functions Ensure full implementation and compliance with HR policies, procedures, and labor regulationsOversee onboarding, probation, and regularization processes to ensure smooth integration and retentionDrive performance management cycles, including Kpis review, goal setting, monitoring, feedback, and evaluationsManage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures with professionalism and fairnessMonitor and improve timekeeping, attendance, and productivity metricsChampion learning and development initiatives across teamsPrepare HR reports and dashboards for leadership reviewSupport organizational change and culture-building effortsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, orrelated fieldWith at least 10 years’ progressive HR experience (covering facets in TA, Strategic HR, Onboarding, L&D)Minimum 5 years at a leadership level, preferably in a fast-paced or service- oriented environmentProven ability to partner with senior leadership and influence across functionsStrong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practicesExcellent communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skillsStrategic mindset with hands-on execution capabilityHigh integrity, discretion, and professionalismWhat We OfferA leadership role with direct impact on company culture and growthCollaborative environment with exposure to cross-functional teamsCompetitive compensation and benefitsOpportunity to shape the future of HR at CloudCFOFollow Us!
