About The RoleAre you a dynamic HR professional ready to make a real impact? At Crown Australia, we're looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to provide both strategic and operational HR support across our QLD & NT Branches. In this generalist role, you'll work closely with Branch Managers to deliver initiatives that drive performance, build capability, and enhance employee engagement. Supported by and reporting to the Human Resources Operations Manager, you will have end-to-end accountability for the HR function across your designated branches, you'll play a key role in areas such as recruitment and resource management, coaching and supporting managers, driving training and development, managing performance and ensuring consistent, compliant HR practices across your region.RequirementsKey Responsibilities:Partner with leaders to deliver effective people solutions that align with business goalsManage end-to-end recruitment and develop a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring strategyProvide coaching and guidance to managers on leadership, performance and workforce planningParticipate in and support HR projects, change initiatives and continuous improvement projectsEnsure compliance with employment legislation, policies and proceduresContribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies that enhance employee engagement and organisational effectivenessAbout You:Proven experience in a HR Generalist or HR Business Partner roleStrong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR best practicesExcellent communication, influencing and relationship building skillsA passion for people, culture and making work a better and more positive environmentA proactive approach to solving problems and ability to manage multiple prioritiesConfidence to coach, challenge and collaborate with leaders at all levels of businessBenefitsWhat sets us apart?Crown's history began when two brothers founded the Company in New Bremen, Ohio (USA) in 1945.
