FurlaniFoods is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) who willprimarily partner with HR leaders, team members, and management staff onorganizational and workforce planning, staff development, changemanagement, employee engagement, HR services and communications. TheHRBP is a key liaison role serving as the voice of HR to the business,and the voice of the business to HR by being knowledgeable of thevarious HR disciplines as well as understanding the experiences,expectations and needs of the business groups that they support.
