As we continue to grow across the Americas, we’re looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our passionate team and help us build a people-first, customer-obsessed culture.As our HRBP, you’ll play a key role in shaping the employee experience and driving strategic HR initiatives that align with both local and global business goals. This is a highly visible, hands-on role that combines strategic partnership with daily HR operations.ResponsibilitiesStrategic PartnershipPartner with the leadership team to design and implement HR strategies that support company growth and workforce development.Provide consultation on organizational design, role structure, headcount planning, and employee engagement initiatives.Support cultural integration and internal communication between global and regional teams.Talent Acquisition & Lifecycle ManagementManage the full employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, retention, and offboarding.Work with hiring managers to define roles, evaluate candidates, and ensure smooth onboarding experiences.Support internal mobility and workforce planning to meet business needs.Performance, Development & RetentionDrive performance management processes — goal-setting, feedback, evaluation, and talent calibration.Develop programs for professional growth, including training, certifications, and mentorship.Promote a culture of continuous learning, recognition, and high performance.Compensation, Compliance & Employee RelationsEnsure fair and consistent compensation and benefits practices aligned with company standards.Advise leaders and employees on HR policies, workplace issues, and conflict resolution.Maintain compliance with federal and state employment laws; manage documentation and audits as needed.Oversee HR data integrity within systemsGlobal Coordination & Immigration SupportCollaborate with HQ and external counsel on immigration, relocation, and cross-border employment casesSupport HR reporting and cross-regional initiatives related to headcount, performance, and employee engagement.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a global or fast-growing technology/manufacturing environment.Strong understanding of U.S. employment laws and compliance requirements.Proven experience in HR business partnering or HR generalist roles with exposure to strategic projects.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build trust across all levels of the organization.HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) preferred.
