This is a full-time role based in Ahmedabad or Remote (India).Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic HR ManagementDevelop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.Support business needs through employee development, engagement, motivation, and retention.Propose and manage the overall HR budget, ensuring effective resource allocation for welfare and engagement activities.Employee Experience & RelationsFoster a positive and inclusive work environment across remote and in-office setups.Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and HR-related queries.Conduct periodic employee welfare surveys and implement action plans to address key issues.Manage CSR initiatives and organize offsite events to enhance team engagement.Talent Acquisition & OnboardingLead the recruitment and selection process, including managing employee referral programs.Collaborate with business and delivery teams to create recruitment plans aligned with business growth.Oversee onboarding and exit processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.Plan and conduct campus recruitment drives in collaboration with internal teams.Performance Management & RewardsOversee and manage a 360° performance appraisal system that drives high performance.Manage appraisal budgets and ensure fair and transparent reward and recognition programs.Conduct appraisal meetings with team members and ensure timely execution of payroll and benefits.Learning & DevelopmentSupervise the training and development function by identifying needs aligned with organizational and individual goals.Delegate and monitor training activities across HR team members and evaluate their effectiveness.Employer Branding & CommunicationCollaborate with the marketing/social media team to strengthen the employer brand through online presence, employee stories, and engagement posts.Partner with organizations like Great Place to Work to achieve employer excellence certifications.Compliance & ReportingEnsure legal compliance across all HR functions.Prepare periodic HR reports and provide decision support through HR metrics.Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for key HR processes.Team LeadershipLead, mentor, and conduct regular 1:1s with HR team members.Promote a results-driven, collaborative culture and empower the team to deliver effectively.Requirements10+ years of experience in Human Resources.Proven experience as an HR Manager/Senior HR Manager in an IT Services or similar setup.People-oriented with a results-driven approach.Demonstrable experience with HR metrics, systems, and databases.Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
