Job Description
岗位职责：从HR视角出发参与业务部门管理工作建立所在业务部门的人力资源管理体系 向人力资源专家和人力资源共享中心反馈HR政策、HR项目和HR进程的实施有效性 协调员工关系，调查培训需求 制订并执行业务部门HR年度工作计划 运作适应所在业务部门的HR战略和执行方案参与所在业务部门的领导力发展和人才发展通道建设 支持企业文化变革并参与变革行动 任职要求：本科及以上学历，人力资源相关专业毕业者优先 3年以上HRBP工作经验，有大型互联网公司HRBP工作背景者优先具有较强的沟通协调能力、亲和力、学习能力
