Join Oma Wellness, a growing group of businesses including Oma The Spa, Amelia's Restaurant, SoHo Restaurant, Veil Lagos, Buttermilk Restaurant, and Oma The Label.We’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to lead and oversee all human resources functions across our diverse businesses. This role requires a proactive and strategic individual who can align HR initiatives with business goals while fostering a positive and high-performing culture.The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas related to the human resources field. They should be comfortable onboarding new candidates and collecting necessary background information as well as assisting employees while at work. This candidate should work closely with management in order to provide training for employees and establish ways to increase employee engagement. Responsibilities:Recruitment & Selection: Lead end-to-end hiring processes, from identifying talent needs to onboarding new employees. Ensure recruitment strategies align with each brand's unique culture and objectives.Employee Onboarding & Offboarding: Develop and implement effective onboarding processes to integrate new hires successfully. Manage offboarding, including exit interviews, knowledge transfer, and documentation.Performance Management: Design and manage performance review systems, set measurable KPIs, and drive a culture of feedback and accountability.Learning & Development: Identify training needs, develop learning programs, and facilitate growth opportunities across the businesses to enhance employee skills and career progression.Talent Management & Succession Planning: Create and implement strategies for identifying high-potential employees and building succession plans for key roles across all businesses. Research and analyze employee trends to understand ways to increase employee engagement and retentionCompensation & Benefits: Develop competitive compensation structures, set up and manage pensions, HMOs, and other benefit programs tailored to employee needs.Rewards & Recognition: Design and execute reward systems to recognize and incentivize outstanding performance, fostering employee participation and engagement.Change Management: Lead HR initiatives during organizational changes, ensuring smooth transitions, clear communication, and minimal disruption.Employee Relations & Participation: Foster a positive work culture by addressing grievances, facilitating open communication, and promoting inclusivity across all businesses.Compliance: Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal standards and reduce risks related to daily management of employees. Ensure all HR practices comply with local labor laws and industry regulations. Maintain accurate records and policies to support audits and legal compliance.Organizational Development: Partner with leadership to create and execute strategies that align with business goals, improve processes, and strengthen overall organizational effectiveness.Workforce Planning: Analyze workforce needs, ensure optimal staffing levels, and support leaders in planning for future growth.HR Policy Development: Establish, maintain, and regularly update HR policies and handbooks to ensure consistency across all businesses.Conflict Resolution: Assist management in conflict resolutionCulture: Set standards for ethics, values and culture of companyQualifications:Bachelor's degree2 - 4years of experience in HR or related fieldStrong organization, communication and conflict resolution skillsDemonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasksProficient in Microsoft Office suiteYou are someone who: Has extensive experience in HR management, ideally across multi-business environments.Thrives in dynamic, fast-paced industries such as hospitality, wellness, fashion, or retail.Has excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to work with diverse teams.Understands HR processes, systems, and compliance requirements deeply.Has experience with implementing HR systems and tools to streamline operations.Is highly organized, proactive, and strategic in your approach to solving challenges.About Us:Oma Wellness is redefining wellness, lifestyle, and hospitality.
