Recruiting Operations Specialist

This role combines sourcing, screening, onboarding, and relationship management, making it ideal for a results-driven professional passionate about talent acquisition.Key ResponsibilitiesProactively source candidates via headhunting, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.Review CVs and applications, assessing qualifications and cultural fit.Conduct initial interviews and coordinate client interviews.Guide candidates through offer negotiation, contracts, and pre-employment processes.Ensure a seamless onboarding experience and conduct post-hire follow-ups.Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs.Provide expert recruitment advice and market insights.Maintain ATS (Applicant Tracking System) records and recruitment reports.Stay updated on industry trends to enhance sourcing strategies.Requirements5+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR (agency experience preferred).Proven ability to source and place candidates across multiple industries.Strong sourcing and headhunting skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple priorities in a high-speed setting.Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tools is a plus.Why Join Resurgir Consulting?Opportunities for career growth in a fast-growing agencyWork in a supportive and results-driven teamMake a meaningful impact by connecting top talent with great businessesHow to ApplyIf you’re ready to take your recruitment career to the next level, apply now!
