People Operations Partner – 6 Month FTCLocation: Central Copenhagen, DenmarkSalary: €50,000 per annum + excellent benefitsTiger HR are delighted to partner with a fast-growing global entertainment and esports organisation in the search for a People Operations Partner to join their dynamic team in Copenhagen on a 6 month fixed-term contract.This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive, collaborative, and solutions-driven HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment. You’ll play a key role in supporting employees across Denmark, Germany, and the US, ensuring seamless HR operations and contributing to impactful people initiatives.The RoleReporting to the Global Head of People, you will be responsible for the day-to-day HR operations across multiple regions. You’ll work closely with the Finance and Legal teams to ensure efficient payroll, onboarding, and compliance processes, while driving operational excellence and supporting global people initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and submit monthly payroll data for Denmark and GermanyPartner with US HR providers to onboard new hires and manage people-related queriesDraft employment contracts and addendums for new employeesSupport managers with recruitment and hiring across DK and DE, liaising with agencies where necessaryManage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring data accuracy in HiBobAct as HiBob super user, streamlining and automating employee lifecycle processesOversee local office management and provide basic IT and facilities supportLiaise with landlords, facility management, and suppliers for Copenhagen officeProduce employee data reports and KPI dashboards for leadershipProvide first-line HR advice and guidance to managers on employee relations and performance issuesAbout YouWe’re looking for someone with strong operational HR experience in a fast-moving, international environment. You’ll be adaptable, hands-on, and comfortable managing multiple priorities across countries and time zones.Essential Skills & Experience:3+ years’ experience in HR or People Operations, ideally across multi-country setupsStrong knowledge of Danish employment practices (German or US exposure a plus)Experience with HRIS platforms (HiBob preferred)Exceptional organisational, problem-solving, and communication skillsProactive mindset with the ability to work independently and collaborativelyThis role is to cover a Sabbatical leave of absence and requires a candidate who is based in Copenhagen and available to work on-site, with occasional travel to Germany or other offices as needed.Please note that due to the interim nature of this position, we are reviewing CVs on a rolling basis, with interviews taking place early November for an immediate start.REF: KH131452
