Job Description

The HR Consultant will act as a strategic partner to clients, providing expert guidance on human resources practices, policies, and organizational development. This role involves advising on HR strategy, compliance, talent management, and change initiatives to optimize workforce performance and align HR processes with business objectives.Key Responsibilities:Client Advisory:Provide expert HR consulting services to clients across various industries.Assess client HR needs and develop tailored solutions to address workforce challenges.HR Strategy & Policy Development:Design and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.Develop and review HR policies ensuring compliance with labor laws and best practices.Talent Management:Advise on recruitment strategies, workforce planning, and succession planning.Support performance management frameworks and employee engagement initiatives.Organizational Development:Lead change management projects and organizational restructuring.Conduct HR audits and recommend process improvements.Compliance & Risk Management:Ensure adherence to local labor laws and regulatory requirements.Mitigate HR-related risks through proactive policy implementation.Training & Development:Design and deliver training programs for HR teams and leadership.Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).7+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally within consulting or advisory roles.Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and organizational development principles.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage multiple client projects and deliver under tight deadlines.Proficiency in HRIS systems and data-driven decision-making.
