We demonstrate our values of Authenticity, Accountability, Connection and Growth within every interaction.Welcoming office with free parking and private backyard.Casual dress code and quarterly team events.Collaborative "one team" approach, across HR Admin, Officers, Consultants, Team Leads & Director – everyone makes a valuable contribution to Employii and our clients’ success.What you bring:Essential experience:Minimum 3 years in an advisory-type HR roleMinimum 2 years in industrial relations with direct Award interpretation experienceProven experience managing multiple client/manager/site portfoliosCase management experience in performance and disciplinary mattersQualifications:Tertiary qualification in HR, IR, organisational psychology, or managementCurrent National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)Bonus points for:Consulting role experienceExperience working with, and achieving, billable hoursFair Work proceedings experienceHRIS platform knowledge (e.g. Employment Hero, Tanda, or Deputy)Experience with Outlook, Teams and the Microsoft 365 suiteExperience with Monday.com, Harvest, Canva or KajabiWhat you will do as HRC:As our HR Consultant, you'll hit the ground running with a diverse and engaging portfolio:Client advisory services:Provide expert HR and industrial relations advice to employers, employees and membership associations across Australia.Cover the full spectrum: recruitment, employee engagement, industrial relations, awards and agreements, contracts, policies, performance management, change management, rewards programs and more.Deliver services both virtually and face-to-face with our Commitment to High Quality Service in mind.Present online and in-person training for clients, business associations, school and universities.Portfolio management:Coordinate service delivery across your client portfolio.Delegate and collaborate with team members and external stakeholders.Ensure timely, accurate service delivery and efficient resource allocation.Foster strong, trust-based client relationships.Manage client service usage in accordance with their service package and expectations.Meet billable hours KPIs (only half of your day is billable ~4 hours, to be achieved at 3 month mark).
