Working closely with product, technology, networks, engineering, and operations teams, you'll lead detailed analysis, requirements definition, process mapping, and solution alignment across complex workstreams.You'll be the bridge between the business and delivery teams, ensuring clarity, structure, and traceability throughout the project lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesLead requirements gathering, documentation, and validation across multiple telco projectsFacilitate workshops with business, product, engineering, and network stakeholdersTranslate business problems into clear, actionable user stories, process flows, and functional documentationAnalyse complex telco processes across billing, OSS/BSS, CRM, networks, or customer experienceMap current vs future-state processes, identifying impacts, gaps, risks, and dependenciesPartner with Solution Architects and SMEs to ensure technical alignmentSupport UAT planning, execution, and defect triageManage stakeholder expectations and ensure consistent communicationContribute to governance, reporting, and artefact quality assuranceSupport delivery teams in agile and hybrid project environmentsKey Selection CriteriaStrong Senior Business Analyst experience within telecommunicationsDeep understanding of telco environments - OSS/BSS, CRM, billing, network, or service deliveryProven ability to translate complex processes into clear analysis artefactsSignificant experience running workshops with technical and non-technical stakeholdersFamiliarity with agile delivery (user stories, backlogs, acceptance criteria)Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detailAbility to operate in fast-paced, large enterprise transformation environments
