A leading investment firm is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Coordinator to join its Human Capital group, supporting either Learning & Development or Campus Recruiting. In this role, you’ll help plan and execute programs that attract, engage, and develop talent, collaborating across teams to deliver high-quality events and initiatives.Responsibilities:• Coordinate logistics, scheduling, and communications for in-person and virtual programs.• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to support learning and engagement.• Track participation, collect feedback, and help improve program delivery.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree with 1+ years of experience in event planning, coordination, or project management.• Strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and professionalism.• Collaborative, adaptable, and committed to process improvement and client service.
