Known for its 24/7 services, the company is one of the fastest-growing Central Gas Distribution firms in the region.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Coordinator located in the Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates.The HR Coordinator will play a central role in supporting day-to-day HR operations and ensuring smooth and compliant implementation of all HR policies and procedures.Key responsibilities include:Coordinating recruitment processes (job postings, interviews, onboarding)Preparing employee contracts and maintaining accurate employee recordsMonitoring probation and contract renewal schedulesSupporting performance management and training initiativesAdministering employee benefits and handling leave balancesEnsuring compliance with UAE labor laws and internal HR standardsManaging digital HR platforms and generating HR analytics reportsParticipating in audits and assisting in policy implementation and communicationQualifications2+ years of experience in Human Resources, ideally in a coordination or generalist roleSolid understanding of UAE labor law and HR complianceStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work proactively and maintain confidentialityProficiency in MS Office and HR systemsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldBilingual (Arabic & English) is a plus📩 To apply, please send your CV and a brief cover letter to: jobs@royalgas.com
