As a forward-thinking consultancy, we're dedicated to shaping the future of infrastructure and urban development, all while prioritising sustainability, collaboration, and excellence.Role OverviewAs a HR Coordinator at Tyrens UK, you will provide administrative support for all HR processes, ensuring all aspects of the employee lifecycle are managed appropriately and managers receive support in employee relations case work.Key ResponsibilitiesBe the first point of contact for general HR queries, by telephone, email or face-to-face.Administer all other HR processes at all stages of the employee lifecycle, including staff transfers, promotions, pay rises and leavers ensuring the HRIS is updated in a timely way.Prepare the monthly payroll changes, timely and accurateEnsure all documents are retained in accordance with the retention schedule and archived as appropriate, always complying with GDPR requirementsProvide additional support to team members as required.OnboardingResponsible for administering the new starter set up in the HR systemEnsure that line managers have an induction plan for any new starters and support them where necessaryCoordinate induction daysEmployee relationsResponsible for the administration of any family friendly leave (Maternity, Paternity, Adoption and Shared Parental) and communication with the employee before, during and upon return from leaveSupport with visa renewalsSupport with reviewing our policies and processesSkills and ExperienceStrong administrative skills with excellent attention to detailCIPD Level 3 or working towards qualificationHighly organised with ability to prioritise and meet deadlinesCalm and focused under pressureProficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systemsCommitted to data accuracy and integrityHandles confidential information with discretionKnowledge of data protection and confidentiality standardsBuilds positive relationships across all levelsClear and effective communicator, both written and verbalFlexible, proactive, and eager to learnDiplomatic and tactful in approachCollaborative team playerWhat We OfferA competitive salary and comprehensive benefits packageEnhanced annual leave and generous company pension contributionsAnnual budget to spend on personal wellbeing activitiesAccess to our healthcare scheme and wellness servicesConfidential support through our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)A range of fun and inclusive company social events throughout the yearOpportunities for professional development and career progressionA collaborative and supportive team environmentFlexible and hybrid working options to support work-life balance
